Compensation and Rewards Analyst – Cork

Euro Executive have been retained by one of the largest FMCG companies in Ireland, to recruit a Compensation and Rewards Analyst based in Cork. You will be responsible for the implementation of reward programmes to meet our client’s objectives which include Job Evaluation and Reward Benchmarking, Annual Bonus Schemes, the Long-Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing Schemes and Pension Schemes.

The Role:
• Manage the Job Evaluation process
• Manage the preparation and submission of the Total Reward survey returns
• Proactively manage the delivery of an annual benchmarking exercise for salaried roles
• Support the Head of Reward and the Group HR Director with the preparation of documentation for the annual Remuneration Committee meetings
• Develop updated Reward Programme policy documentation for publication across the Group
• Collect and collate data with a view to developing analytical reports on the effectiveness of the reward programmes
• Manage the annual statutory reporting associated with the operation of the Group’s pension schemes (i.e.) the preparation and audit of Trustees’ Annual Reports, the publication of Abbreviated Trustees’ Reports, the publication of Summary Funding Statements and the production and publication of Member Benefit Statements
• Develop and deliver a pro-active pension scheme member communications programme
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Develop, document, implement and manage updated pension process guides
• Act as a central point of escalation in relation to pension queries/matters that cannot be resolved by local divisional HR teams

• 5+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Third level degree qualification CIPD/AIIPM
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
• Experience of interpreting information, trends and the ability to turn data into insight to drive performance
• A team-worker
• Experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage
• The ability to work on own initiative
