Ireland 2040 Development Projects in Waterford, Limerick, Kerry and Cork

The National Framework for the Future plan, also known as Ireland 2040, predicts that populations in Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Waterford will increase by at least 50% over the next 22 years.

Numerous large scale development projects such as infrastructure, housing, fisheries and transport for Waterford, Limerick, Kerry and Cork have been allocated funding under the plan to account for this increase in population (see breakdown below.)

What does this mean for construction and engineering talent? There is no doubt that the demand for highly skilled construction and engineering staff will continue to increase at a significant pace in Munster over the coming years.

And if you are working in either construction or engineering, and have been considering making a move to Munster, now is the perfect time to consider relocating. Our team at Euro Executive Recruitment can discuss a number of exciting roles in the Munster region with you, or if you would prefer to send your CV to us in advance, just email lydia@aaeuro.com and we’ll be in touch.
