Associate Director

Euro Executive recruitment has been retained by its client, who are a large Multi-disciplinary Engineering consultancy working internationally and are looking to recruit an Associate Director to look after their Transportation Division. This is a permanent role with this client based in their Cork Office.

The Role:

• Provide leadership in setting and implementing design (technical) and quality compliance
• Implement best practices and comply with all internal systems
• Lead and manage a sector, business unit or team
• Develop new business
• Manage budgets and meet agreed targets
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients
• Build and maintain personal, unit and team skills

Requirements:

• Significant experience in consultancy services delivery and contract management
• Ability to identify business opportunities, lead tender bids and deliver projects
• Chartered status or equivalent with management experience of medium to large projects
• Degree qualified (Level 8) with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience
• Proven management capability and experience
• Business unit/team leadership experience
• Strong track record in delivery of transport projects delivery
• Technical excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated
