AA Euro Group are recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a Main Contractor based in London. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and coordinate construction activities across multiple high-profile projects within sectors such as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, including contractor and subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction progress to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the on-site project team, including subcontractors, ensuring collaboration and efficient execution of works.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.
- Budget Control: Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are monitored and controlled effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within a main contracting environment.
- Strong background in managing projects within data centres, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- In-depth understanding of UK construction regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS) is advantageous.
