Electricial Maintenance Technician

AA Euro Group is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our client based in West Cork.

Due to the location of the role,transport is essential.

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment on site.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new manufacturing equipment
• Calibration of equipment and machinery in the factory
• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure minimal disruption
• Preventative maintenance to minimize unexpected issues with equipment
• Carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with SOPs and maintenance protocols.
• Clear documentation of routine checks and necessary repairs, in line with both internal and external protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• A relevant electrical qualification is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an electrical role is essential in a production facility.
• A proven mechanical and electrical background is required.
• Experience in the food/meat production industry is preferable.
