Ground Worker

We are a looking for an experiencedGround Worker

As a Ground Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with various groundworks and construction tasks. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for tasks such as site preparation, digging, laying foundations, and working with construction materials. You`ll work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Excavation, digging, and site preparation
– Laying foundations, drainage systems, and groundworks for construction
– Operating construction machinery (if qualified)
– General labouring and material handling
– Ensuring site safety and adhering to health and safety regulations
– Assisting with the installation of utilities and infrastructure
– Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience in groundworks or construction is preferred
– Ability to operate basic construction machinery and tools (training can be provided)
– Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor, manual work
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Good teamwork and communication skills
– A valid CSCS card is an advantage, but not essential
