Healthcare Support Worker

At AA Euro Healthcare, we are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our relief panel for our clients based in the Wicklow area.

Healthcare Assistant Responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of care while maintaining the dignity of the patient
• Carry out assigned tasks as directed
• Take positive direction while working alone or as part of the team
• Support the staff in caring for patients
• Assisting patients with daily personal care/daily living assistance

Candidates should have the following:

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or in the process of completion(min. 2 modules – Care Skills and Care Support)
• Knowledge of Infection Control/Safeguarding/Patient Moving & Handling
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting
• You must currently reside in Ireland with a valid work visa(if required)
• Buccal Trained and Medication Management desirable
