The Life Science and Tech division is looking for Electrical `s to join the team. The team are looking for an Electrical with at least three to four year`s experience, and
E&I , Building Control Systems.is a Intermediate position will be working side by side with the Project Commercial Manager / Clients team and responsible for the following tasks.
Responsibilities
- Competency in E&I systems remeasure activities.
- Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor & client
- Compiling & agreeing final accounts with both contractor & client
- Reporting into the Project Commercial Manager Monthly
Requirements:
- Experience as a mech or electrical Surveyor in build projects on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
- A relevant 3rd level qualification
- Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background favourable but not essential
- Capabilities around Microsoft Excel, Word
- Good communication skills
