Euro Executive Recruitment have been retained to recruit an Office/ Call Centre Administrator for one of Ireland`s most experienced waste management companies based in Galway.
The Successful candidate will:
Perform account maintenance and data entry.
Complete customer orders on the phone and process orders
Take ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow through.
Cultivate a positive attitude of helpfulness, professionalism and enthusiasm to be shared with your customers and fellow employees.
Good understanding of customer service and accounts
Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player.
Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and work in a busy office environment.
Ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
Self-starter and energetic personality
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Good typing skills with technical and internet expertise.
Take responsibility for accounting and reporting on specific projects as required
Timely and accurate filing of documents
Assist the accounts manager with accounting duties
General book-keeping tasks
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask to work to deadlines
Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as needed or directed
