Office Manager – South Dublin

We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join a leading Consultancy in South Dublin, as well as Office Management, the candidate will provide front office support and assistance to the wider administration and technical team in the Dublin Office,
This is a permanent position,

The Role includes but is not limited to:

  • Front desk coordination
  • Manage day to day office operations including office supplies, office facility management & co-ordination with suppliers
  • General administration including management of post, courier services and parking
  • Senior managers calendar management and compilation of Board meeting reports
  • Meeting room coordination and setup  
  • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Support in production of minutes, reports, tender documents and other project related documentation
  • Database maintenance
  • Support administration team -filing, typing, photocopying, etc.
  • Support to the finance team expense and invoice reconciliation
  • Assist Health and Safety team with office safety functions
  • Assist HR with HR functions including onboarding of staff and training bookings
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties, as required


  • Business Administration Certificate or similar secretarial course
  • A minimum of five years relevant experience
  • Office management experience
  • IT Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Interest in health and wellbeing
