Duties:

• Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via Internal database, LinkedIn, Job boards.
• Gaining candidates interest and establishing interview availability.
• Working with the Marketing team to post job adverts and monitor responses.
• Ensure all applicants and candidates applications are professionally managed.
• Registering candidates on our internal database.
• Identifying suitable personnel from our recruitment database.
• Call candidates to clarify their active interest in securing a new role.

Requirements:

• Customer Service/ Sales experience is desirable.
• Proven experience in reaching targets.
• Team player.
• Good relationship building skills.
• Must be lT literate.
• Effective Communicator.
• Ability take lead on specific job related assignments.
