Team Leader – Mayo

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Team Leader to join our client`s team in Mayo. Our client provides individualised and person-centred residential disability services.
This role is a permanent, full-time position with 39 hours per week
To qualify for this position, you will need to have the following:
- Level 7 BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
- 3 years experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector in a residential setting.
- Understanding of HIQA and Tusla standards and regulations.
- Compliant in Childrens First guidance and legislation.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office.
- CPR & Patient Moving and Handling Certificates
- Full, valid driving license and own transport is essential for this role.
- Full flexibility is required for this role.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without the requirement of a permit.
Key responsibilities:
- Required to participate in the performance management process.
- To adhere to and model the company values, behaviours and competencies at all times
- To participate when required in formal and informal supervision.
- To carry out all duties of the post in accordance with the organisations rules, regulations and policies
- To carry out additional duties of the role and all other required duties as and when necessary
