Civils Foreman

AA Euro Group are currently seeking a Civils Foreman on behalf of a leading Teir-1 contractor based in the Cork city area. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all general civils work activities onsite, the successful Civil Foreman will work closely with the site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.

Key Duties

• Work closely with Health And Safety to ensure a safe, compliant site
• Plan coordinate and report on all subcontractors performance
• Monitor the agreed project schedule
• Give clear direction and motivate colleagues
• Work as part of a team

Skills / Experience required for the role:

• Extensive background working in Civils roles.
• Experience with managing teams and large volumes of contractors
• Must be capable of meeting tight time frames and deadlines
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
