Contracts Manager

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale industrial projects across the Cork and Limerick region. This position will focus heavily on the management of scaffolding and insulation packages within complex live industrial environments including pharmaceutical, life sciences, energy, manufacturing, and process facilities.

The Role
The Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, commercial performance, and safe delivery of multiple scaffolding and insulation contracts across several major industrial sites. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of scaffolding and insulation works across multiple industrial projects.
• Manage contracts from pre-construction through to completion and final account.
• Coordinate labour resources, site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme requirements, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with all HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Attend client meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination meetings.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Work closely with commercial teams regarding valuations, variations, cost control, and forecasting.
• Support project planning and resource allocation across active and upcoming projects.
• Lead and mentor supervisors, site managers, and operational teams.
• Ensure all scaffolding and insulation activities comply with industrial and site-specific standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Management role within industrial construction.
• Strong background managing scaffolding and/or insulation packages on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, or process plant environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management capability.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations within live industrial environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred.
