Electrical Project Manager

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a permanent role offering private accommodation, a rotation schedule, flights, subsistence, and a highly competitive salary.

The Role:

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the client to foster future project opportunities.
• Develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate actively in Safety Leadership Teams.
• Track, document, and present progress in weekly client update meetings.
• Coordinate with Client, contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless execution of electrical systems installations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee purchase orders and change orders in line with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to design specifications and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale electrical installations within the data centre or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to handle Industrial Relations (IR) issues effectively.
• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
