Electrical QA Lead

AA Euro Group is seeking an Electrical QA Manager to join a major data centre project in West Dublin. The role is site-based on a large-scale data centre campus, supporting the delivery of high-quality electrical installations for a leading engineering contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA/QC Inspectors.
• Maintain site QA structure and manage QA walkdowns.
• Identify quality issues early and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with construction teams to support system completions and closeouts.
• Track QA progress and provide regular reporting to management and clients.
• Carry out inspections to ensure works are completed to specification and industry standards.
• Attend client meetings and act as the main QA point of contact on site.
• Oversee quality documentation including inspections, test packs, snagging, and turnover records.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.
• Promote quality standards and ensure compliance across all electrical installations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Electrical QA Manager or Senior QA/QC role.
• Strong background working on data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale electrical projects.
• Experience managing QA/QC teams and coordinating inspections on site.
• Good understanding of QA procedures, system completions, and electrical installations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant electrical qualification/trade background preferred.
