Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in large-scale healthcare or public infrastructure projects, with a proven track record in project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of the construction project, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all construction activities comply with Danish building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing any issues.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with healthcare or large-scale public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of Danish construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.

Desirable:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes.
